Durham Miners' Gala
13 July 2013 (9.30am - 3.00pm)
City centre, Durham, Co. Durham
Though most of the mines closed some time ago, the Durham Miners Gala is still a major demonstration. Marching from the city centre to the old Racecourse will be a huge number of the impressive banners and brass bands of the surrounding mining towns.
CPGB-ML comrades will be joining this annual celebration of working class culture so come and find our banners to enjoy the festivities.

International celebration of anti-imperialist resistance and solidarity

Saklatvala Hall, Dominion Road, Southall, UB2 5AA
A social event to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Fatherland Liberation War in Korea and the storming of the Moncada Barracks in Cuba.
This is a great annual event to bring your family and friends to for some inspiring speeches and informal socialising with other like minded-people.
All welcome, incluing kids.
